On Friday, January 23, 2009 Rick Dekker announced Mark Cash as the new CEO of Dekker Vacuum Technologies, Inc. Starting at Dekker in July of 2008, Mark Cash was hired as Vice President of Manufacturing and Procurement. The leadership displayed by Mark during his 6 months with Dekker was evidence he was suited for the promotion. Mr. Cash brings a wealth of experience in leadership, organizational development, quality and lean concepts to Dekker from his previous positions at Toyota, General Motors and American Licorice.
Rick Dekker’s focus as Chairman/President includes long term strategic direction, supporting sales/marketing, research and development, education and training and achieving results desired by our shareholders. Jerry Geenen, Senior Vice President of Sales and Application Engineering, will continue to focus on sales and marketing, an important component of business in these challenging times.
