From the people who pioneered the first oil-sealed Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump System, our Vmax and Vmax LT are the result of years of research and experience in design, manufacture, operation and application of this equipment. The main advantage of this system is that the use of water – and the corrosion and waste associated with it – has been completed eliminated. DEKKER’s patented DX-5™ and DX-7 air/oil separator virtually eliminates oil carry-over concerns and ensures the cleanest environment.

At the heart of the Vmax Systems is the Titan Series high-efficiency single-stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 quality control standards, offering excellent reliability for a wide-array of Food applications.

Many of our Vmax systems have been in operation for over 15 years, with the original pump installed, and are operating optimally without a major overhaul. These systems were created to handle water ingestion, and are the preferred pump to use on wet, saturated vapor service.

Dehydrating -

Dehydration eliminates moisture during processing through the use of a reduced-pressure atmosphere to surround the product. Cooked products with water totally removed under vacuum increase their shelf life and preserve nutrients, color, flavor and texture. Our water-sealed, oil-sealed & rotary vane vacuum pump systems are ideal for dehydration.

Freeze Drying -

Low-temperature dehydration occurs by freezing the product, lowering pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation (transition directly to gas phase). Freeze drying is used to preserve a perishable material or make it more convenient for transport. Our water-sealed, oil-sealed , rotary vane & rotary piston vacuum pump systems are ideal for dehydration.
